From choosing a number to receiving a code, here are the answers that matter.
How long is the activation window?
Each number comes with a 20-minute activation window. Check the remaining time in your order; refreshing or reopening the page does not restart it.
Can I change a number if no code arrives?
Yes. While waiting, you can change or release the number. A successful cancellation returns the charge to your balance. Numbers that have already received a code cannot be released for a refund.
How do I choose a number?
Choose your service and country, then expand the routes to compare tiers and prices. A route ID identifies a number pool, not a complete phone number. Your actual number appears after purchase.
How do I top up and get started?
Sign in, open Redeem voucher, and enter your complete code. Use the credited balance to buy numbers, and review top-ups, charges, and refunds in your wallet activity.
